Please be aware that courts are open to the public.  Anyone can go to the court and retrieve any pleadings, financial statements and affidavits.  In some cases we can get an order to seal the file or to provide anonymity, but it is not automatic.  Similarly, for in-person trials, anyone can sit in and listen to the evidence, except anticipated witnesses.
