Office of the Children’s Lawyer
The Office of the Children’s Lawyer is a department within the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General.
Lawyers working within the Office of the Children’s Lawyer represent the best interests of children who are under 18 years of age with respect to their personal and property rights.
For example, these lawyers represent children in a wide range of circumstances, such as child custody and access disputes, child protection proceedings, estate matters, and civil litigation.
